ISLAMABAD: The federal Anti-Corruption Court (ACC) has issued arrest warrant and instructed to present Sindh Chief Minister’s daughter, Naheed Shah, for recording her statement, as witness in a case of fraud, on next hearing in Islamabad,
Despite repeated calls of the ACC, Naheed Shah did not appear before the court for recording her statement in a case of graft, told the sources.
The anti-graft court has issued bail-able arrest warrants, against Rs. 5000, and summoned her at next hearing of the case on December 11.
Naheed Shah is not present in the country and this is the main cause of not appearing before the court to record her statement as a witness in the fraud case, added the sources.
Naheed Shah has been serving on post of secretary in Sindh province during recent past but currently has no post in the federal or provincial regimes.
