Chief Minister’s Education Endowment Fund CMEEF 2014 Scholarship Program has been initiated by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education,

Archives & Libraries Department is offering scholarships on merit-cum-affordability basis in various disciplines in the following selected institutions of the country.
The scholarship covers all monthly stipend of Rs. 5000/ including monthly stipend of Rs 5000.
The disciplines in which the scholarships will be awarded are Power engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Geo- Informatics, BS Computer Sciences, Chemical Engineering,
Mechatronics, Computer System Engineering, Computer Science & IT Engineering, Laser & Opto Electronics, BS Accounting & Finance, BS Maths, BS Social Sciences, BBA, BS Computer Science, Bio Informatics, BS Telecom & Networking, BS IT, MBBS, BS(H) in Economics & Politics.
Limited number of scholarships available for foreign institutions.
Students having offer of admission from one of the top 10 universities of the world (QS ranking) may send their applications to PMU, Higher Education Department for further Processing.

Punjab to give laptops to Khyber Paktunkhwa students

Peshawar: The Punjab government has contacted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and sought a list of talented intelligent and position holder students for distribution of laptops.Punjab k PK

The Punjab government has sent a letter to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. The letter said that Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has decided to distribute laptops amongst intelligent and position holders of the province. The letter also asked for a list of those students who secured positions in annual examinations.

According to sources, KPK Chief Secretary would sent the list to Punjab government after receiving it from the higher education.

The sources said that the lists were being prepared for the purpose.
