Youth Business Loan Scheme By PM Muhammad Nawaz Sharif

PMs Youth Business LoansSpeaking on the occasion, Nawaz Sharif said that excessive nationalisation by previous governments had devastated industry and economy in Pakistan.

Therefore PM decide to make better economy it launched loan scheme and also he decided to give the subsides financing at 8% mark-up per annum for 100, 000 beneficiaries through the National Bank of Pakistan and First Women Bank.This Loan scheme is the largest part of Prime Minister’s Youth scheme

The Loans

The total mark up rate would be 15% but the government would pay the remaining seven percent on behalf of applicants.

Those falling in the age group of 21 and 45 years are eligible to apply for loans inside the range of Rs0.5 million to Rs2 million.

Small business loans with tenure up to seven years plus one year grace period and a debt-equity ratio of 90:10 will be disbursed across the country including four provinces‚ Gilgit-Baltistan‚ Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Federally Administered Tribal Areas.

Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority has been tasked with an advisory role in the implementation of Prime Minister’s scheme.

Pakistan PM’s website gets record number of hits

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Prime Minister’s Office has finally got its own website that is getting a record number of hits every day.Congratulation Prime Minister

The website, available at, is an initiative of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to make his office more accessible and interactive.

The website was officially announced by Sharif during his address to the nation last week, when he also unveiled a number of schemes for youths. It became fully functional on Monday.

In four days since Monday, the website has got nearly five lakh hits.

“We were a bit apprehensive and wanted to wait for some more time but the Prime Minister was very keen. Since then we have received a record number of hits,” an official in the Prime Minister’s Office told .

The website has a link to Sharif’s youth programme, where users can register themselves and give feedback.

Over 1.5 lakh users have registered and the youth programme has received over 82,000 suggestions, the official said.

The website, like that of the Indian Prime Minister’s Office, features photos, videos and messages of Sharif along with latest press releases.

“One can get everything that he wants to know about the Prime Minister, from his meetings with world leaders to his domestic interactions, on this website,” the official said.

The website was made after studying the format in other countries.

Sharif is also on Twitter but his younger brother, Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif, is more active on the micro-blogging site.

While Shahbaz’s Twitter account is at times updated by his friend, sources say he updates his Facebook page by himself.

Terminate corrupt officials, PM Nawaz directs ministers

Pakistan PM Letter to bureaucratsISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has ordered ministers to terminate corrupt, dishonest officials, and to ensure transparency and rule of law in their departments, 

In a letter written to the federal ministers and secretaries, PM Nawaz Sharif stated that eliminating corruption is the government’s top priority, therefore, qualified, able and well-reputed officers should be deployed on management positions.

Furthermore, the ministries should ensure transparency and do not tolerate fraudulent officials, and instructed that such office-holders should immediately be sent packing.

PM Nawaz further instructed the ministers and secretaries to strictly follow the instructions as ineligible and corrupt officials cannot deliver better governance.

PML-N Nawaz Sharif elected for 3rd time as PM Pakistan

Nawaz SharifISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been elected for the third time as prime minister of the country.

He secured 244 votes in the polling for election of PM in the national assembly of Pakistan.

PML-N nominates speaker and deputy speaker in NA

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has announced nomination names for the post of speaker and deputy speaker of National assembly on Saturday.SP DP SP NA1

PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif chaired the meeting in Islamabad where the top leadership of the party was present to explore appropriate name for the posts of speaker and deputy speaker for the assembly.

However, Ayaz Sadiq has been nominated for the post of speaker while Murtaza Javed Abbasi is named as the nominee for deputy speaker’s post in National Assembly.

Nomination papers for speaker and deputy speaker has to be submitted to the NA secretary by 12 noon on Sunday, June 2 while the election will be held by secret ballot on Monday, June 3.
