The fifth scheme is for (male & female) students who come from far flung areas of the country, and want to acquire higher education. Any talented student should not be deprived of educational opportunities, only because his or her parents cannot afford the academic expenses.

Government will bear the fee for youngsters aiming for a post graduate programme for MA, MSc or higher level. 1.2 billion rupees have been allocated for this scheme and 30 thousand students will benefit from this initiative.PM’s Small Business Loans Scheme 2013

How To Apply and Forms with any Registration Process:

You can apply in PM’s tuition fee program as per eligibility criteria mentioned above. The federal cabinet has already given approval to all these initiatives. All arrangements for the implementation of these programs have been completed. The tuition fee program will be completely on merit basis and transparent.

Therefore only eligible candidates should apply for this program. Government of Pakistan will announce the registration procedure with application forms after 3rd October 2013. Brief description Aimed at encouraging pursuit of higher education by students from less developed areas through financing of their tuition fees paid directly to universities.
Eligibility criteria All students registered in Masters/Ph.D programs in an HEC approved public sector educational institution.
Geographical spread Students domiciled in interior Sindh, Southern Punjab (Divisions of Multan, Bahawalpur and DG Khan), entire Balochistan, less developed areas of KP (Malakand, Kohistan and DI Khan), GB and FATA.
Average Tuition Fees Rs.40,000 per year
Total number 30,000 students
Budget Allocation FY 2013-14 Rs.1.2 Billion
Executing agency Higher Education Commission (HEC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Trainings, which will be responsible for its implementation on the ground.
