Good News for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa students that free laptop scheme announced by Ameer Haider Khan Hoti. Ameer Haider khan hoti Punjab government’s policy of Laptop distribution scheme is good for students so they will be start this scheme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.KPK Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Student Free Laptop Scheme 2012

The laptops will be distribute on last week of December 2012.

Initially this laptop scheme is only that students how have sixteen years passed degree. The scheme has been started due to encourage the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Student. The total worth of this laptop scheme is Rs. 1 billion. The Provincial government of Khyber pakhtunkhwa may be starts this scheme on this month.

Roundly 25,000/- students will be selected for this laptop scheme. The schedule of this scheme has not been announced yet, but it will be announced early.

The level of education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province is not so good as compared to Punjab, so I think these types of schemes will be encourage the youth as well as other people of the province that they go for study.

Students, police clash in Multan

Students Clash with Police in MultanMULTAN (October 18, 2012): Peaceful protests turned violent in Multan when students participating in a protest against the transfer of students and mistreatment by the school principal clashed with the police.

The students turned violent when the police tried to disperse the crowd of student protestors at the general bus stand in Multan.

One police officer was severely beaten by a few student protestors, after which the police used aerial firing to control the situation.

The situation went out of control when the student protestors were joined by college students, who were demanding that the transfers of the students be taken back.

District Education Officer Secondary said if the demands of the students were valid they would be addressed.

Five kids killed in school roof collapse in Narowal district

Four students died while others were injured as roof of a primary school collapsed in Shakragarh.

According to sources, the students were busy in their academic activities that suddenly the roof of the room collapsed, killing seven children on the spot while dozens of them sustained injuries and were shifted to hospital.

Having information, rescue reached the site of occurrence and started their endeavours to rescue the stranded students.

The area people were of the view that education department had construction the building a few years ago. It seems that the contractor had used poor raw material due to which the mishap occurred.
